Refund & Return Policy

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take pride in the quality of our artwork and products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item due to a printing or fulfillment error, we will gladly send you a free replacement.

• How to Report: Please contact us at ZunderStudios@Proton.me within 14 days of receiving your package.

• What to Include: You must include your Order Number and a clear photograph showing the damaged area or the misprint.

• Do Not Ship It Back: There is no need to mail the damaged item back to us. Once we verify the photo, we will immediately submit a replacement order for you at no additional cost.

2. Lost in Transit

If your tracking information shows that your package has stopped moving or is lost, please contact us immediately.

• Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted to us within 21 days after the estimated delivery date.

• Please note: We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages that have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

3. Change of Mind & Size Exchanges (Buyer's Remorse)

Because our products are made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse.

• Ordering the incorrect size or color.

We strongly encourage you to review the size guides provided on our product pages before making a purchase.

4. Wrong Address Provided

If a package is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item once we receive the updated, correct address.
